First…the Hats!

Yes, I’m still burning hats. And I’m kind of loving it! As they say, Practice Makes Perfect (or Permanent is more accurate!) So, I’m learning how to work with my pyrography tool on this new and different surface.

I like these new hats, with their wide brim and better composition, better than the first hats I started working on.

These don’t melt. At least…not nearly so easily.

Here are some I’ve created since my last update - the Desert Zodiac one is still in progress.

UPDATE on the audiobook edition of The Magical Legacy -

Book Three in my Jack and the Magic Hat Maker fantasy series - My amazing narrator, Nikki Jay (https://www.facebook.com/Nikkijayvo), has just delivered FIVE MORE CHAPTERS through Chapter 19! There are 37 chapters in the book, including the Prologue and Epilogue, so we are officially past the halfway mark now! Woo Hoo!

This third book in the series deviates from the first two books. The Magical Legacy is the story of Jack, Ethan, and Sadie’s parents, Ross and Faith when they were Jack’s age. The format is also different in that the chapters alternate back and forth from Ross’s world to Faith’s. Here is a sneak peek into each to whet your appetite. Enjoy!

We were expecting to publish this audiobook by Oct. 24th but at this rate...I won't be surprised if it goes LIVE before that date!
